The session will involve reflective writing, SoulCollage®, guided visualization, and other imaginative exercises designed to help you tune into your inner self. You’ll find a word that resonates with your deepest intentions and values for the year ahead. In community with others, you’ll create a practical plan to incorporate this meaningful word into your life, making it a catalyst for positive change.

Following the workshop, each participant will receive an elegant wooden card, laser-etched with their personally chosen word and made with care by ohlittlewren. The card, sales tax, and shipping costs are included within the workshop fee.
